10/1/07: IT Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Nancy Molitor, formerly of Nutel Technologies.  Nancy will be the Dispatcher and Receptionist.

8/9/07: IT Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Mike Singleton.  Mike specializes in desktop computer repair, server maintenance & network troubleshooting.

2006

10/2/06: IT Services ranks 5th in the nation in Customer Service.  In an independent survey commissioned by Mitel and conducted by POLLARA, Inc. (the largest public opinion and marketing research firm in North America) IT Services of Utah, Inc. ranked 5th out of 70 nationwide Mitel Platinum Solution Providers in overall customer satisfaction.  IT Services was above the regional average in all 15 categories surveyed and above the national average in 14 out of the 15 categories surveyed.  Also, 100% of the respondents said they would purchase from IT Services again and 100% of the respondents said they would recommend IT Services to a friend or colleague.

7/31/06: IT Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Josh Hunt, formerly of Nutel Technologies.  Josh specializes in voice and data cabling and termination.

4/24/06: IT Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Amber Riddle, formerly of Nutel Technologies.  Amber will be the Office Manager and Dispatcher.  Amber has 4 plus years of experience in the Telecommunications industry and 8 years experience as an office manager. 

2/14/06: IT Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Wallace, formerly of the Iron County School District and the Southwest Applied Technology College in Cedar City.  Scott has ten years of experience in the computer industry.  Scott is certified by Cisco and AMP on routers, cabling and termination.  Scott is also A+ and Network+ certified.  Scott specializes in computer troubleshooting and wide area networking and he will be a great asset to the IT Services team.

1/1/06: IT Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Dave Koch, formerly of Nutel Technologies.  Dave has 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry.  Dave is a NEC, Toshiba & Nortel certified technician with a vast working knowledge of many other manufacturers.  Dave is working to achieve Mitel Certified Technician status.

1/1/06: IT Services launches new web site.  This new web site more accurately depicts the products and services offered by IT Services.  It also provides customers with a method for placing service requests online.

2005

8/8/2005: IT Services announces the hiring of Frank Martinez, formerly of NextiraOne.  Frank has 10 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry.  Frank is a Mitel Networks and Nortel Networks certified technician.

11/30/2004: IT Services is proud to announce our new Telecommunications Divison.  IT Services is a Mitel Platinum Solutions Provider and Nortel Networks Accredited Reseller.  IT Services offers complete solutions for telephone systems and telephone cabling.
